Another Shameless Self-Promotion. Nine More Outs took their act to Houston last summer to watch the Astros play their final season in the NL. We tried to educate the fans on the upcoming move, and got their opinions along the way.

As some readers may be aware, I have shamelessly promoted short videos by Nine More Outs in the past.   Nine More Outs is a film production company that I and two life-long friends have been involved with for many years.   More recently, we have released our third episode of our Stadium Shmadium Tour, where the three of us dress up and pose as fans of different ball clubs as we visit their respective stadiums.  This year we visited Fenway Park to see how the true Boston Red Sox fan really behaves in his or her own environment.  I share this with you, the eternal baseball fan, because I know that you will appreciate what you see.

Here is the video –

I haven’t posted in a while for a very good reason.  No, it is not because there isn’t much to talk about in Met Land.  Ike Davis is here, and I am damn happy about it, as anyone who reads my posts can attest to. Needless to say, my next post is coming, and soon.

No, the reason that I have been absent is that I have been at work with my buds putting the finishing touches on our new video release.  Therefore, without further adieu, here is the introduction.  (Drum roll please!)

Nine More Outs has recently released its newest edition to its Stadium Shamdium Tour.  Kick back, and enjoy our visit to PNC Park, while you watch us give our take on all things Pittsburgh Pirates related.

Shameless Self-Promotion

February 17, 2010

I had gone back and forth with this for weeks now.  I figured I would make a decision after I completed my segment of “Around the Horn”, which I did today.  After much deliberation, I have decided to make mention of a new video that is about to be released.  The video is baseball related, albeit not Met related.  Most of us here, bloggers and readers, are baseball fans to the core.  It is for this reason that I ultimately decided, “Why the hell not.”

Therefore, I will now dive headfirst into shameless self-promotion by plugging our new trailer for the second installment of The Stadium Shmadium Tour. It is called Pittsburgh Pirates Baseball – Make It Stop, and it is scheduled to be released in March of this year.

Here is the trailer…

Our first installment involving the Toronto Blue Jays, which fared rather well on the web after its release, can be seen here…

We were also featured in the Toronto Sun.  I am the dope on the left in the picture.

Check it out, and browse our site for reviews on the first installment here.  We call ourselves Nine More Outs.

I am Dave in the videos, by the way.  Enjoy!
